Jewel Hazelton is a marketing and public relations professional and lifestyle blogger. A Georgia native, Jewel returned to the Atlanta area to work in the Public Relations industry after attending The University of Alabama. She loves living in Atlanta and exploring all that the city has to offer.
She is an expert on the best places to Eat, Drink, and Shop while falling in love with the city of Atlanta. For several years, her friends and family have always come to her for advice on things to do and places to see. The overwhelming response sparked the birth of her lifestyle blog, Eat.Drink.Shop.Love in 2010.
Through Eat.Drink.Shop.Love Jewel has collaborated with several top tier Fortune 500 lifestyle and luxury brands like Free People, Kate Spade New York, Home Depot, Birchbox, ABC Family (now known as Freeform), Tobi, American Eagle, AERIE, Progresso Soups, Smirnoff, Toyota, Teavana, Starbucks and Target.
Jewel has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Shape, Women’s Health, Popsugar, Jezebel, Australian home magazine, Inside Out, Eater, CBS Morning Show and CNBC.
Jewel currently serves as a brand ambassador for Women’s Health, Good Housekeeping and Mind Body Fitness.
In addition to blogging, her first love is working as a public relations and marketing professional. Jewel has developed several successful digital media and public relations campaigns for clients in the B to B, food and beverage, travel and hospitality, financial, technology and non-profit industries. She has secured placements for clients in Southern Living, Garden and Gun, Atlanta Magazine, The AJC, The Birmingham News, The Huntsville Times, Our State, Jezebel, Associated Press, Flavor & The Menu, CSP, QSR, Food Management, Birmingham Magazine and the Creative Loafing.
She is also pursuing her Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications online from West Virginia University. She will graduate in April 2017.
